How to take REGENERATE

First Time Users

We highly recommend purchasing the starter pack, a 30-day program designed for new users of NAD+. The initial intensive dose enables rapid elevation of NAD levels to an optimal baseline, priming cells to maximize the effectiveness of subsequent maintenance doses.

We recommend a daily intake of 4 wafers (200mg) of NAD+ for maximum benefits. (2 wafers in the morning & 2 wafers in the late afternoon)

Maintenance Dosing

After 30 days, transition to half the dose of 2 wafers (100mg) to sustain the benefits of long-term vitality.
