How to take REGENERATE

First Time Users

To assist you in the initial stages of NAD+ supplementation, it is recommended that you consume 4 dissolvable wafers daily – 2 wafers in the morning & 2 wafers in the later afternoon, for 30 days.

The main active ingredient NAD+ naturally exists in the human body and is generally safe to consumer along with other supplements and medication. How do I take these dissolvable wafers?

Carefully peel back the tab and gently push the wafer out from underneath. Place the wafer under your tongue and allow it to dissolve fully before swallowing. It is recommended that you do not consume food or drink 5-10 minutes of taking these wafers.

What is the recommended dosage for REGENERATE?

If you are new to taking NAD+, we'd highly recommend that you try our MeltMed REGENERATE starter pack.

The starter package is a 30-day program to optimize your NAD+ base levels.

As part of this program, we recommend a daily intake of 4 wafers or 200mg of NAD+ for maximum benefits. Take 2 wafers in the morning and 2 wafers in the late afternoon.

For ongoing maintenance, simply continue with a daily dose of 100-200mg after the initial 30 days, tailoring it to your individual preference and requirement.
